Dietz 9-51 Removable Front Windshield Light - LAPD/FBI California- Red - Rare!!!

Dietz 9-51, 4001R Removable Chrome Lamp w/ post mount and headliner front windshield mount assembly. This light was used by the Los Angeles Police Department and the FBI in California in the 1970s and 80s in undercover and unmarked vehicles. The bracket assembly would be mounted, powered, and grounded full time and the lamp could be removed when not in use. These lights pre-dated Coplites and were the inspiration for them in later years. These lights in particular came from the FBI office in Sacramento, CA and were used state wide by the FBI. The same style and set up was used by LAPD at the time as well. These units are new old stock and in pristine condition. A wiring diagram will be included with each setup. These light up steady burn as seen in the video. Very rare!!!
