This is one of the first Coplite models ever made. It uses a Dietz 9-51 (Par 46 size) as the warning lamp, powdercoated in black attached to a custom interior arm & headliner mount with early swing system for swing down lamp. 
These were used by California police agencies, namely the LAPD in the 1970s and 80s before being replaced by the more compact, IPF models.
